Voicemail to E-Mail

With voicemail to email you can receive your voice messages on your mail enabled mobile phone or desktop pc. If you prefer to dial in then that’s ok too!

Auto Attendant

An auto-attendant receives and routes calls by voice menu in place of a dedicated receptionist. Users can direct dial an extension, leave a message or choose who they wish to speak with, for example: “1 for sales, 2 for support”.

Simultaneous Ring

When somebody calls your desk extension, our system can simultaneously put the call through to your mobile phone. Calls answered on your mobile are charged at the handset plan rate.

Caller ID

See who is calling you, no need to jot down phone numbers on scrappy pieces of paper. The Humble telephone has a rich history spanning centuries. However, quite a few features were recent innovations. For instance, Caller ID launched in the 1980s.

Free On-Net Calls

Calls between Digitau USA services are free of charge. If your business has multiple locations, calls between phones & transferring on-net calls are free of charge.

HD Voice

Like HD video, HD voice provides a clearer, more natural sounding telephone system. No more problems distinguishing between ‘f’ and ‘s’ (requires compatible handset, Digitau to Digitau calls only).

Personalized On-Hold Music

No more nasty on-hold music. For a small once-off setup fee of $49 we can upload a custom wav or mp3 file to be played to your callers when put on hold.

Remote Handset Provisioning

Digitau’s sophisticated provisioning system takes care of handset configuration plus firmware updates automatically, all remotely. If you have purchased Polycom phones, simply open the box, plug them in and they will configure themselves

Online Portal

Our online MyAccount portal gives you the ability to make instant changes to your telephony service. Forward your calls, change diversion, adjust voicemail as required from anywhere in the world
